While Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers requires a good bit of patience and … well, time … it's an entertaining and imaginative adventure that should appeal to both kids and kids at heart. That said, keeping an eye on the turn order of characters and planning a couple of moves in advance is usually enough to come out on top. Isaac can shift roles with his Transformation skill to help out, but unless you've got some healing skills or items handy, he can easily get overwhelmed if you're not paying attention. This can get particularly difficult when the opposing party decides to gang up on your mechanical teammate. While the other party members can fall in battle, losing Isaac is an instant "Game Over," making protecting him a key component of combat.

Aided by an amnesic time-travelling robot, a mad scientist, and a mysterious boy that seems to know more than he's letting on, Sherry and her friends will bounce back and forth through the past, present, and even future of Clocknee, discovering the secrets of the town's origins and changing its fate through the strength of friendship and family. Sherry and a few close friends, somehow unaffected by the time freeze, must embark on an adventure to discover the source of these events and save Clocknee. Meanwhile, clockwork creatures suddenly appear to take over the town. But the evening takes a strange twist when the Fest's epic fireworks display freezes in place … along with most of the Clocknee citizens. Young Sherry in particular has been looking forward to the celebration, as her dad is also set to return home after a long trip away for work. In the historic town of Clocknee, the people are celebrating the coming of the new year with the annual Soulman Fest celebration.
